About ISI

ISI consists of two parts: ISI Group Inc., a registered broker-dealer, and ISI Inc., a registered investment advisor. ISI is engaged in investment research, sales, trading and portfolio management with offices in New York, Washington DC, Alabama and California.

Ed Hyman and Nancy Lazar spearhead our economic research efforts, while Tom Gallagher, located in our Washington DC office, leads our policy research team and is joined by Andy Laperriere. Don Straszheim, located in our Los Angeles office, leads our China research team and is joined by Gene Ma in our Washington DC office. Bill Whyman, also in our DC office, leads our tech strategy research. Doug Terreson, located in our Alabama office, directs integrated oil research. Jeff deGraaf is head of technical analysis, Chris Senyek is head of accounting & tax policy research, and Oscar Sloterbeck oversees ISI's company surveys. David Raso is head of industrial research, Ed Najarian is head of bank research, Steve Sakwa is head of REITs research, Heather Bellini is head of technology research. The investment advisory service is directed by Al Medaugh and Jim Moltz. ISI has 150 employees.
