JEFF DEGRAAF is an Executive Managing Director and heads ISI's Technical Analysis Research Team. He heads ISI's Investment Policy Committee and is a member of ISI's Management Committee. Jeff has been an Institutional Investor ranked technical analyst for the past 9 years, and has been ranked #1 for the past 5 years. Prior to joining ISI in 2007, Jeff spent 9 years at Lehman as Managing Director and Chief Technical Analyst and also served on the firm's Investment Policy Committee. Prior to joining Lehman, Jeff spent 8 years at Merrill Lynch. Jeff graduated from Michigan State University in 1990 and is a CFA and CMT charterholder. He currently serves on the finance board at Michigan State University.
