Formed in 1999, the Washington DC team publishes a daily research report. Roberto Perli, who recently joined ISI from the Federal Reserve, focuses on monetary and currency policy while Andy covers issues before Congress including fiscal policy, health care, housing, financial services, energy as well as the outlook for and impact of elections.
