BILL FOLEY is an Executive Managing Director, Head of Sales, and a member of both ISI’s Management Committee and ISI’s Investment Policy Committee.

Prior to joining ISI in 2010, Bill was Head of Global Capital Sales at Deutsche Bank, Head of Middle Market Sales at Morgan Stanley, and Head of Institutional Sales at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, Bill worked with Ed and Nancy at CJ Lawrence for 7 years, eventually becoming Head of Sales.

Bill graduated from Villanova University in 1976.
