OMAR SAAD is a Senior Managing Director and heads ISI’s Luxury, Apparel & Footwear team. He is consistently rated as one of top consumer analysts on Wall Street and was recently voted the #1 Apparel & Footwear analyst by Institutional Investor magazine, which also recognized him as one of the leading Specialty Retail analysts. He has also been selected in the past to Forbes Magazine’s Dazzling Dozen list of "blue chip" analysts with the best multi-year track record for stock picking and earnings estimation on Wall Street.

Prior to joining ISI in 2011, Omar spent 6 years at Credit Suisse building a top-rated franchise known for its unique, global brand approach to the sector. Omar has covered the Apparel & Footwear sector since 2002 and recently added Luxury Goods and the Softline Retail sector to his coverage universe. Prior to Credit Suisse, Omar worked for 3 years on a top-ranked retail team at Lehman Brothers.

Omar graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1995 with a BBA in Accounting and holds a CPA certificate. Omar received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2002 after five years as a consultant with Andersen in Washington D.C.
