ISI’s Gaming & Lodging Research team, headed by Ian Weissman, provides actionable investment ideas and proprietary research on both Gaming and Lodging Sectors.
Over the last thirteen years, Ian has worked as an analyst covering a wide range of real estate companies (REITs) across the retail, office and industrial subsectors. In 2011, Ian launched research coverage on the Lodging sector, while in 2012 he expanded his coverage to include the Gaming sector.
Over that time frame, Ian has provided investors with a differentiated view through extensive company analysis which incorporates company visits, management meetings, field trips, and discussions with private real estate owners and commercial brokers.
Unique to Ian’s research, Ian works very closely with ISI’s macroeconomic and real estate teams which provide for a framework in his analysis.
